By accessing or using the Frostlogic Explorer platform ("Service"), operated by Frostlogic AB ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Frostlogic Explorer is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that provides AI-driven insights, forecasting, and control capabilities for time series data related to building management and energy optimization. The Service includes data ingestion, analytics, anomaly detection, and forecasting features.
Access to the Service requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to our data processing practices. Data uploaded to the platform remains your property. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Each tenant's data is logically isolated and accessible only to authorized members of that tenant.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the property of Frostlogic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frostlogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
